The conference may be eligible for up to 9.5 CLE credit hours (or 11.5 in 50-minute states) including 1.0 Ethics/Professional Responsibility credit hour. Credit recognition will vary by state. CLE approval will be sought in Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Pennsylvania, Texas, and in any other state in which three or more conference attendees are licensed if registered by August 1. Additionally, California, New York, and New Jersey attorneys may receive credit for an out-of-state course from an approved jurisdiction. The CBA provides supporting documentation to assist attorneys accredited in other states allowing them to self-report. Requests for CLE credit approval in other states can be sent to info@catholicbar.org.There is no additional charge for requesting CLE credit. |
The Catholic Medical Association will have its conference simultaneously Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. We will join their attendees for Mass, some meals, and a joint session on Friday afternoon. We will have a combined White Mass (for Medical Professionals)/Red Mass (for Legal Professionals) on Saturday evening, as well as the Saturday evening banquet that follows. The banquet ticket is included in most CBA registrations as indicated when registering.
