Legal Resources

This section of the CBA homepage is dedicated to providing CBA members and the general public with the information and tools needed to participate in discussions on legal topics that implicate Catholic teaching and natural law.  As a nonprofit corporation organized for religious, charitable, and educational purposes, CBA offers this information for public education purposes, and not for the purpose of advocating for the passage or defeat of any particular legislation.

Position Statements

On October 27, 2020, the CBA Board of Directors issued a press release congratulating the Honorable Amy Coney Barrett on her confirmation to serve on the Supreme Court of the United States. It can be found here.
