Joshua McCaig, J.D., M.S. Joshua is a director, founder, and inaugural president of the Catholic Bar Association. He is a practicing attorney who specializes in health care law and regularly works with religious and non-profit organizations. He made news headlines in October 2017 speaking at the U.S. Senate against the anti-Catholic questioning of law professor Amy Coney Barrett during her confirmation hearing to the Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit. Joshua is a graduate of Franciscan University of Steubenville (B.A.), Ithaca College (M.S.), and is a member of the inaugural class of Ave Maria School of Law (J.D.). He was the inaugural recipient of the Ave Maria School of Law Alumni Lifetime Achievement Award and received the Alumni Citizenship Award from Franciscan University of Steubenville. He speaks internationally on health care, conscience rights, freedom of religion, and evangelization and mission work directed to professionals. He resides in Kansas City, Missouri with his wife and their four children. |
