Continuing Legal Education (CLE)

The CBA will be applying for 9.0 CLE credit hours in Kentucky and in at least 10 other states: Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Missouri, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wisconsin. We will also apply in any other state in which three or more conference attendees are licensed if registered by September 10.

Additionally, the CBA provides a Certificate of Attendance and supporting documentation to assist attorneys accredited in other states allowing them to self-report. Requests for CLE credit approval in other states can be sent to info@catholicbar.org. Credit recognition varies by state. 

At least 9.0 CLE credit hours were pre-approved or reciprocally recognized in 17 states for CBA 2023 and was self-reported in 7 other states.

There is no additional charge for requesting CLE credit.
