Continuing Legal Education (CLE)

The conference is eligible for up to 9.5 CLE credit hours including 1.0 Ethics/Professional Responsibility (or 11.5 in 50-minute states). Credit recognition varies by state. 

CLE has been approved in Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Missouri, Nebraska, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Washington, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.

Applications are pending in Tennessee and Virginia.

We will also apply in any other state in which three or more conference attendees are licensed if registered by September 10. Additionally, the CBA provides a Certificate of Attendance and supporting documentation to assist attorneys accredited in other states allowing them to self-report. Requests for CLE credit approval in other states can be sent to info@catholicbar.org. 

There is no additional charge for requesting CLE credit.
